Today we first began with the two activities a and b on page 142 . Ways for speculation and deduction was still our topic in THIS EXTRA ACTIVITY (some more sentences where to choose one corect option). And then, back to the book, we did exercises 5a and 5c (we speculated !) and after reading Breaking the silence, we finally listened to Susie Rea´s project (exercise 5d ).
After 7, it was time for Toby and his quiz on ( unbelievable ) world facts. We will read out quiz 2 on Thursday in class (please, bring your copy).
For our next Thursday class, please don´t forget to do exercise 5f in your textbooks (page 39).
IMPORTANT: From today and until next February, 6th you can choose your 30 minutes of fame (spoken exam). Grids are available in the classroom.
